Failed prosecution brings charge against judge in Nazi trial

95-year-old Hubert Zafke sits in a Newbrandenburg court with his lawyer Peter-Michael Diestel standing beside him.

A JUDGE IN NEUBRANDENBURG IN GERMANY'S NORTHEAST IS ACCUSED of perverting the course of justice in one of the last Auschwitz trials brought by “holocaust survivors.” The charge has been brought by Jewish lawyer Thomas Walther, representing Walter Plywaski, 87, against Judge Klaus Kabisch. The lawyer for the accused former SS medic, 95 year-old Hubert Zafke, has defended the court's right to interpret the law as it sees fit, dismissing Walther's "media-friendly" criminal charges against Kabisch as a "provincial farce."

The prosecution's story goes that Walter and William Plywaski, aged 87 and 86, were brought to Auschwitz from Lodz, Poland, along with their parents on August 15, 1944. While they and their father survived, their mother was murdered in a gas chamber on the same day.

The 'Nazis' did not burn books - that is more fake history

NAME ME ONE SINGLE INSTANCE WHEN THE 'NAZIS' - properly known as the National Socialist German Workers Party (NSDAP) - publicly, or privately, burned books.

You can't - because there is none.

Yet a letter from 'Walter' to Jeff Bezos has been circulating, in which he makes he following statement:

What would happen if other companies followed your lead? Where would it all end? Burning books like during the Nazi years?

Walter means well, but he is very much mistaken. I have seen similar sentiments in connection with Amazon's blacklisting of Holocaust Revisionist books, so I am setting the record straight. The one-time book-burning that did take place in 1933 was done by university students, not the NSDAP.

Björn Höcke apologizes for Holocaust speech; Compact interviews Andreas Wild

L to R: Andreas Wild, Björn Höcke, Hans-Joachim Berg of the Alternative fur Deutschland party in Thuringia.

by Carolyn Yeager

DISAPPOINTINGLY (BUT FOR THE SAKE OF PARTY HEALING OBVIOUSLY), the leader of the AfD in Thuringia state took a step back and, while speaking at a state party meeting today (Saturday) in Arnstadt announced, “"I took a big, important topic and unfortunately turned it into beer hall talk. That was a mistake. For that, I would like to apologize here."

He was referring to a speech in Dresden on January 17 in which he correctly described the grotesque Berlin Holocaust memorial as a “monument to shame” and said Germans should instead be encouraged to look forward to a proud future, not always back to a past of only 12 years length. Those words were well-received by the AfD youth organization to which he was speaking, but naturally brought loud criticism from the center and left political parties and establishment Jews.

Frauke Petry sues Compact magazine over report she instigated Höcke expulsion

AfD party chairman Frauke Petry

By Carolyn Yeager

CALLED A SCANDAL by Compact, the AfD party chairman has turned to legal means to stop the magazine from using this sentence I quoted in a prior post:

"The decision fell with 9: 4 votes at the request of Frauke Petry."

The sentence refers to the party's federal executive committee's termination procedure against Björn Höcke just a few days ago. Petry's attorney is asking for damages of 20,000 euros, as best I can determine.

Compact, self-described as the “strongest opposition newspaper in the country,” says they will not retract the statement and they consider the demand an “indecent interference in the freedom of our reporting and commenting.”

On anniversary of Dresden terror-bombing, “Holocaust” divisiveness rears it's ugly head

Björn Höcke, AfD state party leader for Thuringia.

JUST TODAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, THE LEADERSHIP OF THE NATIONAL ALTERNATIVE FUR DEUTSCHLAND (AfD) in Berlin announced its decision to expel Thuringia state party leader Björn Höcke from the party. In order to move forward, however, it requires a vote in favor by an arbitration committee of the AfD in Thuringia, which is expected to take some time

In Erfurt, Thuringia's capital, Höcke released a statement: "It is with deep worry about the unity of the party that I learned of the decision of the federal governing board,” saying he awaited the decision of the state arbitration panel “calmly.”

According to Compact Online:

The decision fell by 9: 4 votes at the request of National leader Frauke Petry. The four contenders [against removal] came from Andre Poggenburg, Alexander Gauland, Jörg Meuthen and Armin-Paul Hampel. Compact magazine opines:

the regional associations in the East will not allow the exclusion of one of their most successful politicians [Höcke]. Frauke Petry has to fear that she will be overthrown in her own Saxon state association in Saxony at the beginning of March.

Federal hostage Beate Zschäpe testifies in court

Beate Zschape in court Thursday with the lawyer she switched to when she insisted on telling her side, preparing to read a statement.

AFTER REMAINING SILENT SINCE HER TRIAL BEGAN IN 2013 – except for a statement read by her attorney last year in which she admitted guilt for her two friends Uwe Mundlos and Uwe Böhnhardt – 41-year-old Zschäpe read a short statement in court on Thursday.

She said that after the German reunification in 1990, she “identified with nationalist ideology.” But now she has changed, she said, and today: "I judge people not by their origin and political affiliation but by their behavior."

She added, “I regret my own misconduct. I condemn what Uwe Mundlos and Uwe Böhnhardt did to the victims."

Ursula Haverbeck: The Hooton-Plan and the Migrant Crisis

Watch! The Hooton Plan
and the Migrant Crisis

SUBTITLED IN ENGLISH BY DIDI 18, this is an almost 30 minute video by Ursula Haverbeck explaining why Europe is being invaded ... it's all in the Hooton Plan!

Only one book describing the Hooton Plan is still available, but only in German. Ursula tells us that four of the five points of the Jewish plan for Europe are already completed, so there is no time to waste.

She begins by saying that the 20th Century has been called “The Jewish Century” by two prominant writers, one of whom is Yuri Slezkine, who wrote a book of that title. He said the plans for the upcoming century were set at the 100 year Memorial Congress of 1889 [Memorial for the French Revolution of 1789]. The plan included:

AfD wins 14 percent in Berlin, coming in fifth among 7 parties

AfD co-chair Jörg Meuthen, left, and candidate Georg Pazderski celebrate the election results which came in as well as they could have hoped.

UPDATE: Final results:  AfD party - 14.2%!  The Social Democrats (SPD) - 21.6. Merkel's Christian Democrats (CDU) -17.6. The Left party 15.6.  Green Party - 15.2. Free Democrats (FDP) - 6.7. Pirate Party - 1.7. CONGRATULATIONS AFD!

[UPDATED] THE ALTERNATIVE FOR GERMANY PARTY (AfD) POLLED AT 14.2 percent it's first time on the ballot in Berlin, giving it about 25 seats in the regional assembly. This is considered a big victory for the anti-immigrant party in “multi-cultural Berlin … a city of millions that is known for its open lifestyle,” as written in the Frankfurter Allegemeine Sunday paper.

The long-ruling Social Democrats (SPD) won the most seats by polling at 21.6 percent, losing 6.7 points from the last election in 2011. Merkel's Christian Democrats (CDU) came in second at 17.6 percent, down 5.7 from 2011. The Left (Communist) party gained 3.9 and the Green Party lost 2.4 since 5 years ago.

Frauke Petry's car set ablaze in Leipzig – on eve of Berlin election

Published by carolyn on Sat, 2016-09-17 14:23

This is the scene on Friday night in a Leipzig neighborhood as Petry's car burns after being set ablaze by person(s) still unknown.

AFD CHIEF FRAUKE PETRY IS A VICTIM OF ARSON. Unknown persons under cover of darkness set her car on fire Friday night in Leipzig. The police investigating the crime scene say they are currently assuming it was arson. There has been no claim of responsibility.

Residents had noticed the fire and raised the alarm. The car burned out completely. Back in August 2015, Petrys company "PURinvent System GmbH" was the target of an attack. Butyric acid was spilled in the production hall and discs were smashed. The AfD has said that the attacks on its members in recent months have reached a level that borders on terror. During PEGIDA rallies in Dresden last year, cars belonging to rally-goers were set ablaze on several occasions.

Another farcical holocaust trial begins in northeastern Germany

Hubert Zafke arrives at court in Neubrandenburg, assisted by his three sons.

By Carolyn Yeager

THE GERMAN JUSTICE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO SERVE JEWISH VENGEANCE as the “holocaust' trial of Hubert Zafke got underway on Monday … sort of. It was scheduled to start in February at the Neubrandenburg state court in northeastern Germany, but had been postponed three times due to the health of the 95-year-old WWII veteran.

Zafke was pushed into court in a wheelchair by three of his four sons, whose discontent with the process was written on their faces (according to the Der Spiegel reporter). The elder Zafke suffers from poor hearing, but still lives independently at home in a Mecklenburg village, thanks to family help. The reporter also said the court didn't seem very interested in trying the case.
