"The Interntional Jew" Study Hour - Episode 11
Sept. 6, 2012
Carolyn Yeager and Hadding Scott read and comment on Chapter 9: The Historic Basis of Jewish Imperialism
An important chapter that discusses the evidence of a Jewish World movement, the long-standing idea of a Chosen People, the Jewish Autocrat, the “exilarchs,” and the Sanhedrin. From here we will move into nine chapters that examine the themes from the Protocols of Zion.
Image: “Synagogue” was part of a large mural painted by John Singer Sargent for the Boston Public Library. In 1919, because of protest from Jewry that this particular part was “antisemitic” because it portrayed Synagogue as an old hag while portraying “Church” as a lovely young girl, the mural project was suspended and the paintings were never shown. It first went up for public view in 2003.
