Full Jewish press is on to keep Special Envoy for Anti-Semitism in State Department
President Donald Trump welcomes Rex Tillerson to his administration after Tillerson's swearing in as Secretary of State. Now the Department is facing budget cuts that are instigating a controversy with Jews.
This Special Office was originally opposed by the State Department, but George W. Bush thought it would help him carry Florida in 2004.
By Carolyn Yeager
AS PROMISED, A BIPARTISAN GROUP OF 167 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS [out of 435 – less than half] have signed a letter to President Donald Trump asking him to keep intact the State Department’s Office of Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. As I posted on February 27, President Trump plans to cut billions of dollars from the State Department budget and this particular office is on the cutting board.
Rightly so, I would say.
But Jews and their allies in Congress are pushing to keep the 2004 legislation in place. The letter begins: “As Members of Congress who care deeply about anti-Semitism at home and abroad, we urge you to maintain and prioritize the appointment of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism.” The initiative was spearheaded by Jewish Representative Eliot Engel (D-NY) who also happens to be chairman of the World Jewish Congress International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians.
Of the five co-sponsors, three are also Jewish (Nita Lowey D-NY, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen R-FL, Ted Deutch D-FL), one is Black (Marc Veasey D-TX) and one is White Catholic who had been a sponsor in 2004 (Christopher H. Smith (R-NJ).
The letter and signatures can be seen here. I recognize the names of Keith Ellison and Sheila Jackson Lee among the signatures. The letter plays up only a couple of serious attacks on Jews during the entire 13 years the office has been operating worldwide.
The letter further states: “We view U.S. Leadership on combating anti-Semitism and promoting human rights as pivotal components of American diplomacy and foreign policy.” Well, why not Israeli leadership?
I can tell you why: Israel is not respected or liked in the world, in addition to their having the practice of always getting someone else to do their work for them.
The only organizations that have come out in support of this letter are Jewish organizations. They are listed as: Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, B’nai B’rith International, Jewish Council for Public Affairs, National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Religious Action Center for Reform Judaism, World Jewish Restitution Organization, World Jewish Congress, Human Rights First, J Street, and the Zionist Organization of America.
Whew ... that's pretty telling, and it's because the Office only serves the interests of Jews and Israel. It certainly doesn't fit with “America First” that President Trump has outlined as our new direction. Let's take a look at what this office accomplishes and you be the judge whether it serves the United States taxpayer (who's paying for it!) or Israel.
According to Ariel Ben-Solomon, writing for the Jewish News Service:
“past envoys have met with representatives of various countries to discuss issues of antisemitism or other Jewish concerns, such as proposed European bans on Jewish ritual circumcision.”
According to Hannah Rosenthal, U.S. Special Envoy from 2009 to 2012,
“in July 2011, she confronted Arab states on antisemitism, and gave Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the US, Adel al-Jubeir, a book that debunked The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” She also awarded the totally fraudulent French priest Father Patrick Desbois with a Tribute of Appreciation certificate in May 2011 (photo above -enlarge).
According to Ira Forman, current Special Envoy,
“he often traveled to Europe to deal with antisemitism. He spoke with the Polish government about anti-Jewish hate crimes and a law banning kosher slaughter and talked with Morocco’s ambassador at large for Jewish affairs about issues such as the rehabilitation of Jewish cemeteries.
According to Steven Stalinsky, executive director of MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute), his office:
“received a $200,000 State Department grant in 2011 to help expand the State Department’s documentation of antisemitism in the Arab and Muslim world.”
The research was “used to get the television channels belonging to Hamas and Hezbollah removed from satellite TV carriers in the US, Europe and Asia, as well as Egyptian and Saudi channels disseminating antisemitic content.”
Further research has “led to the arrest and expulsion of antisemitic sheikhs in Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Australia and Montreal, Canada.”
Stalinsky acknowledged that “the annual reports by the envoy’s office were not always thorough and could have used more examples of antisemitism.”
That's because they actually can't find many examples to document, so they use the office and money to promote their other issues. Sorry, but it's just like greedy Jews to get as much of the pie for themselves in spite of whether they can actually eat it or not!
Keeping the office and the envoy, Stalinsky added, “will also reassure the Jewish community of the president’s commitment to fighting anti-Semitism.”
In other words, we can't do too much for the Jews. This is a boondoggle that plain-speaking Trump wants out of and the American people would want out of too, if they knew what it really was.
According to Morton Klein, the president of the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA),
“ZOA strongly supports having a special envoy who will emphasize Muslim antisemitism, which is the driving factor for the increase of antisemitism in Europe, in the US and on college campuses.”
Which brings up the question why is it that Jews, (like George Soros and Klein himself) and all the major Jewish organizations lobby so hard to have more Muslims enter the United States, Canada, and Europe. If Jews mean what they say, it doesn't make sense. But Jews don't mean what they say. Jews want evidence of anti-Semitism in order to demand special protections, but don't want to actually suffer from it.
They are putting the United States prestige and money behind their sick Jewish practices of ritual circumcision and kosher slaughter, of banning free speech and cleaning up old Jewish cemeteries that Jews themselves have abandoned. But Jews are only 2 to 2.5% of the US population. We are not a Jewish nation! How did we get boondoggled into representing and defending their peculiar lifestyle practices to people all around the world?
How the position of Special Envoy to Monitor Anti-Semitism was created
The envoy position was created by the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004, which was sponsored in the House of Representatives by the late Jewish Congressman Tom Lantos (D-Calif.), who dubbed himself “the only Holocaust survivor ever to serve in Congress.”
I wrote a little about Lantos in this article at Elie Wiesel Cons The World. He was born in 1928 (same year as Elie Wiesel) to a Jewish family living in Budapest, Hungary. According to his Foundation biography, “as a teenager he was sent to a forced labor camp by the German Nazi occupant military. After escaping the labor camp, he sought refuge with an aunt who lived in Budapest in a safe house operated by Raoul Wallenberg …” and joined some sort of resistance organization. Because of his blond hair and blue eyes, he was able to move around the city delivering food and supplies to other safe houses. This is a story told by Lantos himself, without any research carried out to confirm it. But the nutty people from San Mateo county and San Francisco elected him to Congress in 1980 and he made the most of it.
Lantos cared about people so much that in May 2000 he was involved in an automobile accident and failed to stop after driving over a young boy's foot. He was later fined only for inattentive driving! He was outed as a practiced liar in Eric Hunt's documentary film The Last Days of the Big Lie (beginning at 1:10:56). Lantos also appeared in Steven Spielberg's The Last Days documentary.
Sen. George Voinovich, a Catholic Republican from Jewish stronghold Cleveland, Ohio, was willing to sponsor the bill in the Senate. The bill passed both chambers of Congress by Unanimous Consent! No vote count record was made in either case.
US State Department opposed the bill
George W. Bush signed the bill into law on his official Air Force One Jet on his way to campaign in Florida (photo right) for his second term. "This nation will keep watch; we will make sure that the ancient impulse of anti-Semitism never finds a home in the modern world," Bush said to Florida voters, knowing the state's Jewish population was the third largest in the world, after Israel and New York, and knowing he absolutely needed to win the state.
"Today, I signed the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004. This law commits the government to keep a record of anti-Semitic acts throughout the world, and also a record of responses to those acts," he said.
The Bush campaign hoped at the time that his strong support for Israel and aggressive outreach efforts could win a majority of Florida's sizeable Jewish community.
The US State Department had opposed the legislation, saying it was unnecessary as the department already compiles such information in its annual reports on human rights and religious freedom. But it had drawn fire for its position from Jewish groups – which are known to wield significant political power especially during a presidential election year – and in September, more than 100 prominent Americans signed a letter to US Secretary of State Colin Powell saying that stance was "wrong."
"The fight against anti-Semitism deserves specific, focused attention," said the letter.
(These letters signed by 100 or so 'prominent' persons are the tried and true mode of operation used when Jews and 'progressives' apply pressure.) Jewish groups hailed passage of the bill which they said provided a new avenue to fight anti-Semitism. The bill requires the department to document acts of physical violence against Jews, their property, cemeteries and places of worship abroad, as well as local governments' responses to them, and take note of instances of anti-Jewish propaganda and governments' readiness to promote unbiased school curricula. It sounds like enslavement to Jews, does it not? It is!
Does this Office deserve to continue?
Considering that this Office of the Special Envoy was put into place from the beginning for the purpose of gaining votes in a Presidential election (as was President Jimmy Carter's decision to move along the US Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1979 and Harry Truman's decision to recognize Israel as a state in 1948, both of which later proved to be mistakes) – the opportunity to shut down this office now is a fortunate second chance opportunity. These second chances don't come often, so one hopes President Trump sticks to his guns despite the barrage of fire coming his way, and frees his State Department from this useless parasitic appendage. He needs your support!

Carolyn, I enjoyed reading
Carolyn, I enjoyed reading this new, historically informative and detailed article about a government department I didn't even know existed until you wrote about it last month and then mentioned that even President Trump wanted to defund it.
According to what I was reading on Michael Hoffman's website tonight, under the Fact Sheet for the SPECIAL ENVOY TO MONITOR AND COMBAT ANTI-SEMITISM of June 8, 2018, anti-Semitism can involve, "Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as a collective—especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions. "
I'm reading a book now entitled "9 Presidents Who Screwed Up America," and the two Bushes are two of them. The author, southern historian Brion McClananan (who also writes for Abbeville Institute), states that recent presidents in particular have totally ignored the Constitution when signing bills or making executive orders and Congress has been complicit in this lack of honoring and defending the Constitution.
How can such a bill with such a specifically Jewish mandate, which seeks to only further deception and untruth be at all American or constitutional? By way of what constitutional law is a non-Jewish taxpayer required to pay for such a parochial department when AIPAC is the biggest and wealthiest political action committee in the U.S. supporting Jewish interests?
its very existence doesn't make any sense, regardless of the Constitution. But I don't think this department was enacted by a bill that was constitutional to begin with. How do we support Trump when he's surrounded by the Tribe on every side?
Answer
How do we support Trump when he's surrounded by the Tribe on every side?
If we don't support Trump, who do we support? Some powerless person? We look at what Trump does, not what people say about him. Not all Jews want to play the victim card, or want to gain their wealth, power and prestige at the expense of Whites. Trump's cabinet only has two Jews in it, Mnuchin and Shulkin. Both seem to be very good and right for their respective offices.
Look at the page at Hoffman's website you were reading. The "Anti-Semitism Awareness Act of 2016" was introduced into the Senate by Tim Scott (African-American from S.C.) and Bob Casey (Irish-American from PA). These people are the problem! They love doing the work of the Jew; they feel so virtuous with taxpayers' money. Scott is a Presbyterian; Casey is Catholic. Irish Catholics are the worst!
Both Negroes and Irish identify with the stories of persecution told by Jews. They see themselves as persecuted groups, also. Donald Trump has an immunity to that kind of thing. He somehow knows that people make their own bed; that attitude and application (work), plus talent, are the more deciding factors. Trump really doesn't pay attention to race, and sees people as either successful or unsuccessful. Losers and winners. He seems to be a big enough person to want to help people to become winners.
The USA (which is different from the U.S.) has been subverted by the liberal, one-world, internationalist conspirators. Trump is not one of them. But they are the reason for anti-constitutional bills and laws like the two mentioned. Trump is up against a huuuge force - as we can see from these federal judges' rulings against his temporary travel bans. He needs massive popular support to counter these forces. He knows it. Yesterday he said he wanted to have a "people's rally" once a month. So yes, we MUST support him.
And all these Whites who sit on their high horses on the sidelines (waiting for WHAT???) really piss me off.
I hear you, and yet . . .
Thank you, Carolyn, for taking my comment seriously. I do hear what you're saying. (Still, the supporters of that Anti-Semitism Act may be Irish or black, the Jew is nontheless behind their effort, don't you agree?) I receive the White House emails and I participate in the surveys and the questionnaires. I give voice as an American on these White House surveys as to what I think Trump and the federal government need to do to restore legal sanity in the USA, yes, not the U.S. Someone just just sitting by the sidelines watching the show and judging it from his or her "superior" stance makes me angry too.
And I agree that the anti-constittional legislation enacted thus far in America has come from "the liberal, one-world, internationalist conspirators," whether in the Democrat or Republican party, and Trump is not one of them, but he is Zionist, don't you agree?
You cannot serve two masters. If Trump was a knowledgeable constitutionalist, he would not be advocating for Israel at all, especially not while also touting making America great again.
It may be a finicky point, but my question really was "HOW" do we support President Trump, not THAT we do or need to support him. I don't see an alternative, as you have already suggested, but your list of the Jews in Trump's administration -- only two -- differs from my own list, and when I wrote my comment, I wasn't especially focused on the administration itself, just to the sundry "helpers" he has all around him, most of whom are Jews.
I would even put Steve Bannon on MY list because of his strong Zionist pride. President Trump's own ties to various Jews and Zionism are gargantuan. Even Benjamin Netanyahu recently made a big point of his connection to Trump's family on national television, talking about how he knew Trump Jr. from when he was a little boy, etc.
When I was asking you "how," Carolyn, I thought that you might have known of, say, specific agendas or projects President Trump was or is actively looking at or working on (about which I know nothing like I knew nothing of the existence of the Special Envoy but which you were completely aware of), projects or agendas that you knew would particularly benefit White people in America and how we might support those programs by supporting Trump's initative for these programs or projects. I know, ridiculous, right? but that was the intent behind my question last night.
Here's the list where I see Trump surrounded by Jews on all sides:

Politics is the art of the possible
(Still, the supporters of that Anti-Semitism Act may be Irish or black, the Jew is nontheless behind their effort, don't you agree?)
The Jews will do what Jews do, but too many Whites enable them. This is where the weakness is. We need to resist and we don't resist. I think it's possible the two world wars took a lot out of us -- sapped our confidence. We don't defend ourselves anymore. It's this idea that we're all brothers and must live together as equals on this global plantation. This is good for them and bad for us. We've been sold a bill of goods and also are becoming stupider all the time.
Trump is different. He wants to fight. He's fighting for America. Well, that's better than not fighting at all. As an American, I can be grateful for that, since the majority of Europeans have no fight in them. Geert Wilders came in a poor second today in The Netherlands - a big disappointment. The same is going to happen to Le Pen. So Trump is all we have and Americans need to get behind him and his program 100% - jews and all. This includes all these so-called White Nationalists who are sitting on the sidelines -- they're who I was referring to.
Speaking of the Constitution ... all these constitutional conservatives in Congress (for example Ted Cruz) lap up Jew poop as if it were delicious. Sorry to be so crude (I'm not normally a crude person) but this is how it strikes me. They will always vote for Jewish interests. So we have a mixed bag with Republicans. They are Zionists, as you say, but that is not the currently relevant issue. Giving the house and the bank account away to Israel is the issue. Keeping clear boundaries between us and Israel is what's necessary, even if we 'love' Israel, and "America First" is a hopeful sign for that.
Steve Bannon is a nationalist, but you are putting him on your Jew list! Wrong.
I think Trump has Jews around him because 1) he's a New Yorker, and 2) he thinks as individuals each is good at what s/he does and helps him. I think most of them are loyal to him. He's not fighting for Jews, though, but for the White working and middle class. And for a strong America. We're simply not going to get anything better than that. And we could lose it.
Ya got me!
You got me, Ms. Carolyn Yeager. You got me. An excellent retort, an excellent comeback. I now just want to shout, "Hear! Hear!" And I'm glad you spelled out who those White people were (WN), too! I know what you're saying, and it's all true what you say, especially, "We're not going to get any better than" Trump and his administration.
This afternoon I was reading further from "9 Presidents Who Screwed Up America," having gotten to the last section where the author chooses 4 Presidents who really protected the Constitution (Thomas Jefferson, Calvin Coolidge, John Tyler, and Grover Cleveland), and when President Jefferson got elected, so says the author, he won by only one vote. The North was so incensed by the idea of a Southern president that there was a huge uproar and the North wanted to secede from the Union! It was the North who first started secession, and Thomas Jefferson had to walk this fine line between the Northern and Southern voters because he believed in everybody having his or her say. The fact is that the North wanted to overthrow the Presidency and put someone else in, and the Constitution was only, like, six years old, having been ratified in 1788.
Thanks for your wonderful reply, Carolyn.
On the other hand ...
Although, Joey, I don't like this story: http://thehill.com/policy/international/324421-state-dept-israel-will-not-see-foreign-aid-cuts-under-trump-budget-plan
This is upsetting and belies Trump's talk about America First. Israel already gets way too much money from us. He needs to hear about this.
It's my position that Israel should never have been allowed to put itself where it is in the first place. The Jews are a provocation, as the British always knew they would be. Now we're supposed to defend them forever. It's already cost the US trillions of dollars and thousands of dead and maimed young men. Horrible. This is Trump's blind spot and I don't like it.
This is where we can truly say the Jews have been a disaster for the USA and the West. It's an evil that is not forgiveable.
Yup, disappointing
Yup, disappointing as all get out, Carolyn, but not surprising (to me) in the least. He told us what he was up to regarding Israel from the very beginning of his campaign. He wasn't kidding or lying. He was 1000 percent for Israel. Maybe that's why he's trying to cut funding to the UN for the yearly budget so that he can give Israel (uconstitutionally) that money instead. I think Bebe is tired of waiting. President Trump put him on hold regarding settlements more than a couple weeks ago. He wants to feel Trump's "love" ($$$$$$$$$$$).
March 23, 2017 An American
March 23, 2017 An American Jew was arrested in Israel today and charged with making the majority of the antisemitic threats to JCCs in the US and Canada. Between this guy, the love spurned Negro Juan Thompson, and the frost heaving of headstones in Brooklyn and Saint Louis, it can safely be said there is no antisemitism in America.
A special envoy for Jews? What about separation of synagogue and state?
I couldn't agree more, but
I couldn't agree more, but must point out that the "Special Envoy"'s job is to monitor & combat antisemitism outside of the United States, which makes it even more ridiculous and useless. But that's why it's placed in the State Department.
My theory is that Jews just look for ways to take up as much of the budget for themselves as they can. They know they can get Congress to vote for anything they want. Let's remember it's Congress that allocates all this money ... to be wasted. Write your Congressman and Senators and tell them you don't like it and you hold them responsible.
