The illogic of holocaust denial trials in Germany

SYLVIA STOLZ IS ONCE AGAIN BEING MARTYRED by the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) for speaking about, and thereby exposing, the legal insanity that passes for law in dealing with the National Socialist period in history.

By Carolyn Yeager

Just yesterday, Chancellor Angela Merkel repeated to Christiane Amanpour in a CNN interview that Germany had to be vigilant in the face of nationalist and populist political movements currently rising because:

"In Germany, obviously, [such movements] always have to be seen in a certain context, in the context of our past, which means we have to be that much more vigilant than others."

Monica Schaefer's first interview after returning to Canada

The Brian Ruhe Show nabs first interview with "thought criminal" Monica Schaefer who is back home in Canada after her 10 month ordeal in the German Justice system. She tells Brian just about everything you'd want to know about her experience with the Munich judges and living in the Stadelheim prison. Even if you've been following the events and keeping up, this is a very interesting videocast that will keep you watching and listening. I found it so. Monica is such a good speaker, always precise in her language, plus she is a beautiful soul with an uplifting smile. As 'real' as can be. Watch it at Bitchute here.

My prior posts about Monica are here and here.

90-year-old political prisoner Ursula Haverbeck

IN today's reporting ON URSULA HAVERBECK'S APPEAL of her two-year prison sentence, Deutsche Welle (Germany's public international broadcaster) finally got it's facts straight about what Haverbeck said about the 'Holocaust' that was against the law in Germany.

Haverbeck is in prison now in Bielefeld serving her sentence. She was denied her appeal in May against the guilty verdict of “incitement” (disturbing the public peace) because she had claimed publicly “that Auschwitz was 'not historically proven' to be a death camp, claiming it was a labor camp instead.

Lutz Bachmann's show trial in Dresden coincides with Adolf Hitler's 127th birthday

Adolf Hitler on the veranda of his private home "The Berghof" in the Obersalzberg of the Bavarian Alps. While he is looking very serious here, he said he was always happiest when at home among his beloved high peaks.

THE BIRTH OF GERMANY'S GREATEST LEADER took place on April 20, 1889, as you should know. Every year it is celebrated by those of us who love the German Nation as Adolf Hitler represented it. Once again this year we say “Thank you, our Führer, for the example of strength and sacrifice you bequeathed to us. Our gratitude to you is boundless; your light and brilliance shine ever more brightly in the social and political darkness that we are experiencing in 2016. Our hope is that your memory will continue to undergo a renaissance of love and admiration from all the world. We love you!"

Now, I know that Lutz Bachmann and his PEGIDA movement publicly rejects Adolf Hitler and National-Socialism, but even so the work he does is more in line with the values of National-Socialism than any of the political parties of standing in Germany today, with the exception of the new Alternative für Deutschland.
