FAR FEWER DEMONSTRATORS AGAINST THE AFD PARTY CONGRESS' 2-day meeting in Cologne actually showed up than the 50,000 claimed to be expected. Only 8 to 10,000 filled the streets, which were easily controlled by the 4,000 well-prepared police on hand, even though two police officers were injured and a police car was set ablaze before things calmed down. Hateful comments from Church leaders brought push back from AfD co-chairman Frauke Petry in her speech on Saturday against their "ugly, deprecating and polarizing remarks." (See more on that below)

THIS WEEKEND, THE "ALTERNATIVE FOR GERMANY" (AfD) registered political party will hold its federal party conference in Cologne. The Christian churches of this city view this with concern - and are planning counter-events.

The churches in Cologne feel that it is important to make it clear that “hate and intolerance are not a means of political debate.” So said the Catholic city commissioner of Cologne, Robert Kleine on Wednesday. "Because of our faith, we are committed to charity, tolerance and solidarity," he said.

SPEAKING DURING HIS ANNUAL PASSOVER MESSAGE, Goldschmidt called on Jews to “show solidarity with Muslims.”

Goldschmidt warned that the rise of ultra-nationalist parties and damage to the European Union caused by Brexit threatened the security of Jewish and Muslim minorities.

“When there is tolerance for other languages, other cultures, religions, traditions, we Jews feel more accepted,” Goldschmidt, who is also chief rabbi of Moscow, said.

“At the moment when an ultra-nationalist wind begins to blow, it makes Jews, as a minority, uncomfortable.”

I do not know what modern exceptions to traditional protocol might have been made, but I have always seen the First Lady next to the male guest/leader and the President next to the honored guest's wife. So you would have FLOTUS, President Xi, Mrs. Xi, POTUS. Instead, here we have the two leaders seated in the center next to one another so they can talk, while the two wives are on the outside next to their husbands, not as easily included in the conversation of the two men.

Investigation carried out at Jewish Community Center in Southern Nevada. It's now reported that President Trump told some state attorneys-general in a meeting yesterday that "it's possible" these incidents could be false flags. Wow, go Trump!!

FUNNY HOW THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA IS EVERYWHERE playing up the “latest wave of anti-Semitism.” I'm seeing it wherever I look, from liberal to conservative news sites - the stories get big play. Could it be because of the continuing success of populist themes and populist politicians?

I think so.

Today I was interested in a speech given by Hungary's Prime Minister Victor Orban before the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Budapest. He won headlines by saying "ethnic homogeneity" was key in fostering economic success and that "too much mixing causes trouble."

One out of 30 overcrowded vessels that left Libya on Tuesday whose inhabitants were picked up by European rescue ships and delivered to Italy, where they will remain. Does this make sense?

IF SUB-SAHARAN AND OTHER AFRICANS CAN MANAGE TO GET A LITTLE WAY OUT IN THE WATER off the coast of Libya, packed into a rubber dinghy, they can be picked up by European Navy ships that are patroling the Mediterranan Sea - and brought to Europe.

They never return to Africa. Even though the Africans invaders are still much closer to Libya when they are 'rescued', they are taken to migrant centers in Italy, where they sit indefinitely unless they escape into Europe, headed to Germany or the UK in search of the best welfare handouts.

And guess who is ultimately responsible for this - Hillary Clinton, who works in league with George Soros. She insisted on bringing down Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi when she was Secretary of State and turn Libya into a war zone.  She used our US armed forces to do this dirty work. Now she wants to bring down Syran leader Bashar Al-Assad to make it a permanent war zone, necessitating more migration.

Only one book describing the Hooton Plan is still available, but only in German. Ursula tells us that four of the five points of the Jewish plan for Europe are already completed, so there is no time to waste.

Alternative für Deutschland party representatives entered Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's 71-seat Schwerin assembly Sunday for the first time according to exit poll results. Coming in at 21% puts them in 2nd place after the Social Democratic Party.

Incumbent Premier Erwin Sellering, a Social Democrat who has governed in coalition with the regional CDU for the past 10 years, was returned with 30 percent, according to initial results.

This puts Angela Merkel's Christian Democratic Party in third place with  19%.

FOR EUROPEAN UNION COMMISSION PRESIDENT JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER, the enemies of Europe are nations and borders, not out-of-control migration and the changing racial-religious makeup of the continent. Or people like himself who encourage both.

Speaking at the Alpbach Media Academy Monday morning, Jean-Claude Juncker made some shocking comments, including saying that “borders were the worst invention ever made by politicians.” He called for all borders across Europe to be opened and said solidarity must be given to refugees and their children.
