Switzerland voted to ban the construction of minarets in 2009 via a referendum. German Justice Minister Heiko Maas says such a move would be unconstitutional in Germany as he seeks to scare voters away from AfD candidates.

Justice Minister Heiko (the mouse that roars) Maas warns that AfD's "election manifesto" may contain unconstitutional goals. He WARNS in an article in a Frankfurter newspaper that “for the first time since 1949, a party is likely to clear what's known as the 5 percent hurdle to be represented in the Bundestag with an election manifesto that is partly unconstitutional.” What is unconstitutional? He points to the AfD call for a ban on minarets in Germany – those high towers on mosques that call the faithful to prayer. Such a ban is based on the fact that it changes the characteristic and historic look of German towns which are dotted with modest Christian church towers. Maas cites Germany's Basic Law that permits "freedom of religion" and prohibits "discrimination on the grounds of faith or religious beliefs." He omits to say that such a measure would have to be voted on by the Bundestag.

THE BEAUTIFUL AND COURAGEOUS URSULA HAVERBECK, NOW 88 YEARS OLD, received an increased sentence of 2 years by the appeals court she applied to after her 10 month sentence from a Verdun district court last November.

In the Verdun court, she was found guilty of holocaust denial and incitement. On Monday, August 29 the appeals court found her guilty of eight counts of “inciting the German people to holocaust denial” and gave her an even longer two years in prison without parole. It's like she was punished for bothering the court with her appeal, and a warning given to others not to follow her example. Yet we know the Jews cost the German people millions upon millions of euros with their endless legal actions brought against elderly former SS members who happened to be assigned to work at a camp during WWII.

The New Observer is reporting on a lawsuit instituted by the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy (IRmep) that seeks to end American aid to Israel as unlawful. An article posted at their website dated Aug. 24, 2017 reads as follows:

A Washington D.C. Federal court has denied a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) application to squash a lawsuit instituted by the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy (IRmep) to reveal how Israel's clandestine nuclear weapons program makes US aid to the Jewish ethnostate unlawful.

The ruling, made August 23 by Judge Tanya Chutkan denied the CIA's courtroom maneuver to throw out IRmep's lawsuit seeking the exact dollar value of US intelligence support to Israel.

Witold Pilecki is falsely promoted by the Poles as a great hero of the holocaust. They claim that as a member of the underground Home Army, he “volunteered” to be imprisoned in Auschwitz to “gather intelligence.” His detailed Witold's Report included that "By March 1943 the number of people gassed on arrival reached 1.5 million," a complete lie among other lies. After surviving 2 ½ years in Auschwitz and escaping, Pilecki was executed by the Soviets in 1948. He told his wife, “Auschwitz compared to them was just a trifle.”

THE POLES ARE ONCE AGAIN CONJURING UP DEMANDS for more financial “reparations” from Germany stemming from WWII. An analysis being prepared in the Polish parliament's research office is expected to be ready by August 11, according to a Law and Justice party lawmaker. Here are what some Polish officials are saying:

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, leader of the conservative ruling Law and Justice party (PiS): “The Polish government is preparing itself for a historical counteroffensive. We are talking here about huge sums, and also about the fact that Germany for many years refused to take responsibility for World War II.” 

I AM EXTREMELY SAD TO REPORT THE DEATH OF MY DEAR FRIEND AND COLLABORATOR, WILLY WENGER. Willy died of heart failure on Thursday, JULY 20 (the 73^rd anniversary of the attempted assassination of Adolf Hitler known as Operation Valkyrie) at home in Austria. He was 91. I was informed by his family - his daughter Sonia and his wife of over 60 years, Wilma.

I like the picture at left (taken when he was 87) because I think it shows the strength of this man and the sorrow and loss he endured in his life ... but with a buoyant heart.

Willy had his share of health problems during the last few years, but carried on valiantly to keep up with all his contacts and commitments. Though short in physical stature, he had a great, even towering, spirit within him. He loved his family, his country and his friends, and never turned down a request to serve them. It was my privilege to have known him.

RABBI MENDEL EPSTEIN, ALONG WITH RABBIS JAY GOLDSTEIN AND BINYAMIN STIMLER, this week lost their appeal in which they argued they were engaged in their religious practice when they plotted to kidnap and torture their Jewish client's husband. From the Washington Post's July 19 story:

The holy man’s words were blunt, the subtlety and pretext all peeled off. “What we are going to be doing is kidnapping a guy for a couple of hours and beating him up and torturing him and then getting him to give you the get,” Rabbi Mendel Epstein told his two visitors.

“We take an electric cattle prod,” the bearded man continued later in the conversation on Aug. 14, 2013, according to court documents. “If it can get a bull that weighs five tons to move … You put it on certain parts of his body and in one minute the guy will know.”

THE SAGA OF PETTY CRIMINALITY IN LAKEWOOD NJ I've presented so far provides an object lesson in “Special Treatment for Jews.” We see how a fundamentalist Jewish orthodox “community” moved into a quiet, somewhat idyllic East Coast town in large numbers and transformed it in their own image. We also see that the results of this are not good for the non-Jewish population, yet they are unable to stop it. To understand a situation like this, some analysis is in order and the situation in Lakewood is perfect for this purpose.

Fundamentalist Orthodox Jews are highly visible because of their distinctive clothing, making them stand out in a way reform or secular Jews do not. Lakewood NJ is a town where these Jews now make up half the population. The other half is a mix of African-American, Hispanic, and White. Therefore Jews make up the majority now.
