Lady Renouf vindicated over Dresden speech

After 32 months German courts back down, Renouf acquitted

In a last minute reversal, German prosecutors and a district court judge in Dresden have ended their criminal case against Lady Michèle Renouf (left), terminating a 32-month process, days before it was to come to trial.

Having arrested and charged Lady Renouf in 2018 immediately after her impromptu speech at a commemoration in Dresden, German prosecutors opened proceedings a year later under Germany's notorious §130 Volksverhetzung law alleging "public incitement", but the case has now ended without Lady Renouf being found guilty of any offence. (She has had to pay only a modest fee for the costs of a translator.)

"This decision was extraordinary – almost sensational", says Wolfram Nahrath (Lady Renouf's German attorney) who points out that such an ACQUITTAL of the charges in a 'Holocaust'-related trial is a first in Germany.  The German authorities did not want to take the risk of putting Lady Renouf on trial, given her background and the German constitutional issues that would inevitably be highlighted.

The §130 Volksverhetzung law has been used to jail German scientists, authors and even lawyers in recent years. 'Holocaust'-related offences of 'public incitement' almost inevitably lead to long prison sentences.

Yet the unique circumstances of Lady Renouf and her 2018 Dresden speech led prosecutors to withdraw.

The modeltrial.blogspot.com blog and related social media accounts will examine the extraordinary fabric of the Renouf case and explain why the German state chose to throw in the towel.

All credit to Lady Michèle Renouf, a British person, who could easily have remained in Britain and ignore the summons to the Dresden court, but brave and principled as she is, she chose to travel to Germany and face the music, full knowing the possibilty that the court could condemn her to many years of imprisonment, we all know the precedents.

God bless and protect you, Michèle.

I know many of you want to know the latest on Ursula Haverbeck. I know (or think I know) that she was released from her two year prison sentence on Nov. 5, 2020. That was a week ago now, and still I can't find a single news item or knowlegeable blog post about it. Strangely, not even a word about it on her (English language) Wikipedia page. In my experience, Wikipedia updates their "people" pages immediately when some important milestone or development occurs -- but not in this case. Hmmm. Has the word gone out that Ursula is to be "cancelled" to the extent that she is totally wiped off the Internet?  I hope she is in good health and that we will hear something soon. At least we know she's no longer in prison. And by the way, there is nothing further on Horst Mahler either.

Big well-wishes to the beautiful Lady Michele Renouf on her escape from the German court system. Congratulations Michele!! The prosecutors must have been intimidated by her, heh heh.

Thanks AJ, but as you see this is only confirmation of what we knew, without any further info or photos of her leaving the prison or coming home. That is total censorship, whether enforced or voluntarily complied with. Looks like they're using the threat of further charges against her to prevent her from making any public statements, even though she's not on parole or probation (see underlined). She should be totally free. But clearly "citizens" of Europe (not just Germany) are not free unless they mouth the EU narrative.

Holocaust denier Haverbeck released from prison for sedition

The Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck, who has repeatedly been accused of sedition, left the prison in Bielefeld on Thursday. After two and a half years in a closed prison, she had served her full sentence for sedition, said a spokesman for the institution.

Imprisonment for sedition

The Detmold regional court had sentenced the 91-year-old from Vlotho in East Westphalia to 14 months in prison in two cases. The Verden district court in Lower Saxony had sentenced her to two years' imprisonment without parole in eight cases for sedition. Both prison sentences had been combined to a total sentence of two and a half years, which she had served in Bielefeld since May 2018.

Haverbeck has already been convicted of sedition several times. Further proceedings at the courts in Hamburg and Berlin are still pending. She repeatedly claimed that the Auschwitz concentration camp was not an extermination camp but a labor camp. On January 27, 1945, Soviet troops liberated the camp. In Auschwitz alone, around 1.1 million people were murdered. (dpa)   (The required 'Big Lie' ending to every news item.)

Hi Carolyn!
If you go to the german language Google you'll find plenty of information on Haverbeck leaving prison, though the fun is not over, by far: She'll have to face new charges of "Volksverhetzung;". And she's already 91!
In the West people are more or less free to badmouth Whites, Jews, Blacks, Muslims,  the Chinese etc.. You'll get in real trouble only by criticicing Abrahamism/Christianity. - this is the case of the "heathen" Haverback!  Or of the American "heathen" Mat Hale, sentenced to 40 years imprisonment for being...well...a heathen.

Thanks very much, Gilson. The best is the top selection https://translate.google.de/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=https://freiheit-fuer-ursula.de/&prev=search&pto=aue

People can read it for themselves, but I will also make a post out of it. The important thing is, she is not really free because, as you point out, she's facing new charges in Berlin !! And right away! There should really be an uproar.

Great News!
