Vincent Reynouard loses appeal over non-crime of questioning a protected, historical lie

HOW LUDICROUS ARE "HOLOCAUST DENIAL" LAWS!  The Jewish press are reporting with glee that the French Court of Cassation rejected the appeal of French professor Vincent Reynouard to the sentence imposed on him last year by a Caen court.

His crime? In a 2014 video, he said the Holocaust may not have happened [millions of us say that!] and called state commemorations of the deportation of French Jews "manipulation of memory," as reported by France 3. The lawsuit was brought by a Jewish organization, CRIF. Consider the implications of having to spend one year in a prison cell for stating an opinion like that. The only thing such an opinion threatens is the state-imposed belief in an historical impossibility, ie the extermination of 6 million Jews.

Reynouard long ago lost his license to teach and earn a living in France, and has gone abroad in exile. He continues to make videos. To support him in his work, follow the donation instructions at this website.

The ruling comes at the same time as a student from Kuwait has been readmitted to the Sciences Po University in Paris after posting "hateful remarks" against Jews on Facebook last year. She wrote:

You don't belong anywhere in this world--that's why you guys are scums and rats discriminated wherever you are. Do not blame it on the poor Palestinians.

When accused of racism, she responded:

First of all you dispersed rat, i am not an immigrant from France. I am from Kuwait so my country can buy you and your parents and put you in ovens."

Compare the two cases, one a European scholar, the other an Arab student intern in France. The first is the greater threat to the Jews.
