Carolyn continues on the question of Adolf Hitler’s views on Christianity, the incompatibility of National-Socialism with certain Christian teachings, and opposition to the Third Reich from both Catholic and Protestant Church leaders.

  • The Eurozone vultures await the German national elections, hoping that Merkel’s win will make her ready to betray the German people for “Europe”;
  • The White Rose Society members were listening to foreign radio broadcasts and associating with communists and the Lutheran Bonhoeffer family;
  • The Reichskonkordat of 1933 between the Catholic  Church in Germany and the Hitler govt. guaranteed the “rights of the Church” ;
  • The greatest concern of the Church was protection for Catholic education;
  • In 1937 Pope Pius XI sent the Mit brennender Sorge (With Burning Concern) encyclical to all the German Catholic churches in secret, criticizing the Hitler regime for racism, pantheism, neo-paganism, idolatry of the state, and rejection of baptised Jews;
  • The encyclical was read in all Catholics churches on Palm Sunday, infuriating the Hitler government which retaliated by conducting investigations into homosexuality and debauchery of Catholic clergy;
  • Hitler’s “Table Talk” appears to be the authentic Hitler in the years 1941-1944 wherein he expresses his personal alienation from Christian belief;
  • All in all, there is a fundamental conflict between the Christian world view and the National-Socialist world view, concludes Carolyn.

    Anyhow, it was as a result of such reading that I came to know the man and the movement which then determined the fate of Vienna. These were Dr. Karl Lueger and the Christian Socialist Movement. At the time I came to Vienna I felt opposed to both. I looked on the man and the movement as ‘reactionary’.

    But even an elementary sense of justice enforced me to change my opinion when I had the opportunity of knowing the man and his work, and slowly that opinion grew into outspoken admiration when I had better grounds for forming a judgment.

    To-day, as well as then, I hold Dr. Karl Lueger as the most eminent type of German Burgermeister (Pastor). How many prejudices were thrown over through such a change in my attitude towards the Christian-Socialist Movement!” – Mein Kampf ( The Christian Socialist Movement the, is equivalent to Christian Identity today.)

    Bismarck’s Kulturkampf and the founding of the German Reich in 1871 kicked the Vatican out of German politics. Deutschland über Alles in der Welt means that Germany is supreme above everything in the world within Germany (not the entire world as often misquoted). It further meant that all independent German states hand their sovereignty to Germany/the Kaiser or Führer, above their own individual interests or affiliations with other countries or the Vatican.

    Catholics are in a way like Jews with dual loyalty, especially when the Vatican is also a political entity.

    The Reformation was basically about this question too and only in part about religious dogma. The Supreme of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation ought to be a German national Kaiser and not ultimately the Vatican that had to approve of the elected/selected Kaiser.

    I think that is why Hitler spoke always well of the Great German Reformer, even though Hitler himself was a Catholic and his ally, Fascist Italy was also a Catholic state.

    The German soul is much older than Catholicism. Just as the Greek soul is much older than the Orthodox Christian Church. You can’t go back to Zeus or Thor, but it is innate in both people and mustn’t be denied or defamed but embraced as part of the National Identity.

    Much of the Christian Church was adapted from Germanic religion. The Christian XP symbol are Germanic runes for example.

    So, Hitler’s criticism of Christianity was only pragmatic and logical. That doesn’t mean, he was an atheist or occultist as many claim.

    For the Catholic Church to criticize Deutsche Christen is almost laughable, for the Vatican has ommitted and added so much themselves to Scripture.

    (I’m not anti-Catholic, but Germany first and the Vatican second if the pope is interested in cooperation).

    Karl Lueger was a lawyer and Catholic antisemite. The Christian Social Party was based on Catholic social teaching, and came out of his meetings with 3 other Catholic men. You can’t call it equivalent to CI today. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_Lueger#German_nationalism

    Even today, Bavaria is the most prosperous and culturally stable state in Germany. It is run by the Christian Socialist Party, the sister party of Merkel’s Christian Democratic Party.

    Christian Socialism like Christian Corporatism are very good ideologies to explain the truth about National Socialism and Fascist Corporatism to people. Especially Republicans who think that Socialism is Marxism and Fascism is Croney-Capitalism.

    Frankly Carolyn I think the church needed to be reminded that as a ruler Adolph Hitler was a minister of God and he bears not the sword in vain. That Adolph Hitler and his government is charged with the duty of executing wrath against evil doers like Jews, communists, homosexuals ect.
    Perhaps the powers that be or pretend to be outside of Germany didn’t like the fact that Hitler was trying to do his job as a leader and that job included ending good times for bad people. It would be interesting to find out if there is a correlation between the national socialists cleaning up Berlin and the declaration of war on Germany by world Jewry.
    The Church also forgets that God is not a Jew and his kingdom is not of this world. Worshipping jews and worshipping God is not the same thing.
    Christianity is not Judaism for gentiles and also the god of the old and new testaments is the same god trying to get his message across to people and trying to deal with the sin problem. This of course has little to do with matters of race and nationality issues. It is for the most part a moral and spiritual matter.
    Since the jews reject Christ they reject God and have made their clergy and race a form of God whom they worship and expect all gentiles to bow down to. Now that is true heresy. Does the church condemn this? They should!
    Here is a quote that demonstrates Jewish heresy quite clearly:

    WOW, just reading the summary and without listening, i have to say that I can see I’m in store for a rare treat – Carolyn, I am so proud of you, finally, for tackling what is an uncomfortable issue for so many to come to terms with, and i look forward to honest discussion on this topic, i’ll just leave it at that – you’re conclusion, if you can detach emotional and personal bias, seems to be that of some giants, be they your friend Will Williams, Dr. Pierce, Alex Linder, William Gayle Simpson, Revilo P. Oliver, Matt Koehl, Colin Jordan, etc. There’s an endless list…

    Hi Carolyn

    I’ve now listened to your two talks on Hitler, Christianity and the White Rose Society. I’m pleased that you have taken on the Table Talks and Hitler’s views on religion.

    To cut to the chase, Hitler viewed Christianity and organized religion in general as incompatible with a realistic worldview. He’s right of course. But, he was pragmatic enough to see that taking it on at that time would be counterproductive to ‘the cause’.

    Christianity is a mental sand trap. The more you struggle, the more brainpower you add to the struggle, the more you bury yourself.

    Those who hold Christian beliefs dearly should consider the possibility that the next step in their ‘beliefs’ is paradoxically the total rejection of those very beliefs. Reach escape velocity by lifting oneself up by ones rational bootstraps into the next level of understanding, so to say.

    Rejecting Christianity is plainly a necessary step, however painful, to growing as an individual, to becoming a true individual. Hitler trod that path, and changed the world for the better, yet unrealized.

    Sounds to me like the Catholic Church struck the first blow in the culture war between the Nazis and the church. as far as creating a national religion, is that not exactly what the Jews did?

    Rejecting Christianity will only alienate 80% of the white people in the population. It is all part of gods plan, Jews trouble the world and also through them comes Christ, the salvation of the world this is the redemptive story.

    Brian – Sure, Judaism is a religion for the Jewish people only. Could we say the Christian Church doesn’t mind that because it doesn’t take away any of their believers and parishioners? In churches, it’s a battle for numbers.

    As I read all the responces to this program, my thought align most closely with those of Steven. The only thing that I might add of mine own is, If Adoph Hitler was a Christian, his goverment must rest on the Shoulders of Jesus the Christ. Early on as Fuhrer, I think it might have been so, perhaps as the world came against him with a vengance, perhaps he fell from grace and forgot his God. Just a thought.
    Today we are in trouble to such an extent that even Hitler, I believe, would be confounded. We reside in babylon, which our God calls confusion. With all the races in this country how could we ever be nationalistic? It is a jewish dream, a white mans nightmare.

    Let’s be even more specific. The “table talk” compilations were Hitler’s discourses during the war, which was long after anything written in Mein Kampf. In it, he repeatedly said that Christianity was Jewish created, and was the 1st century AD version of Bolshevism (also Jewish created) and that the two performed the same bad function, revolutionary social levelers and civilization destroyers. He went on to say that he had no intent of making any move against christianity, (which under white europeans had eventually morphed into something more tolerable than what its Jewish creators intended.) Rather than pick that fight, he said, it would wither and die away eventually anyway in the face of reason and science. Nor though did he want to form any alliance with the church and he purposely avoided doing so, as he put it. Later when the war was going badly however, he makes less sanguine remarks to the effect that “the church better watch out” as if he frustrated with it.
