Donald Trump should apologize to supporters for calling them “violent, vicious”

President-elect Donald Trump speaks to supporters at a rally in Orlando, Florida on Dec. 16, 2016 as part of his post-election "Thank You Tour".

by Carolyn Yeager

LAST NIGHT IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA, our president-elect actually said to his enthusiastic base of loyal supporters who had gathered by the thousands to show their love and appreciation for him:

“You people were vicious, violent, screaming 'Where's the wall, we want the wall' … screaming 'Prison, prison, lock her up,' I mean you are going crazy, I mean you were nasty and mean and vicious, and you wanted to win, right?

Now, same crowd … now, it's much different. Now, you're laid back, you're cool, you're mellow, right? You're basking in the glory of victory, and we're already getting to work.”

John Derbyshire gives a lesson in 'White Supremacy' but needs one himself

I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO JOHN DERBYSHIRE'S PODCASTS AT VDARE.com since last August or so. I'm always looking for something to keep me company during mundane tasks and his low-key and often humorous commentary, without any commercial breaks, is quite to my liking. All was going well until his latest program of 12/01/16 that contained the segment “Who's a white supremacist?” Commenting on the furor over imagined White Supremacy in the Trump transition team and future Trump White House, Derbyshire vexed me no end with his description of what he considers the only true white supremacists – Nazis.

Now I have known for a long time that Derbyshire was a friend to Jews; therefore would not be a fan of Nazis. He seems pretty much on the same page with Jared Tayor on Jews – 'they look White to me.' However, seems to me that Taylor puts himself out there doing important, even difficult, racial work that somewhat makes up for it, that Derbyshire can't claim.

The Trump-Romney Question

Published by carolyn on Wed, 2016-11-30 23:14

The expressions in this photograph are priceless.

By Carolyn Yeager

I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE BRING UP WHAT SEEMS OBVIOUS TO ME. Donald Trump is working to bridge the gap between Mitt Romney and himself as part of his stated goal to unite the Republican party behind him. Romney, as his most vociferous critic, and also the highest status person in that wing of the party, can bring all other “Never Trumpers” around with him.

Trump's goal is to unite the entire country behind him. He's starting with the Republican party and with the party's former top Republican, Romney, by dangling in front of him the prestigious Secretary of State position. Brilliant? Certainly. We the people, and certainly we who have been Trump supporters from the beginning need to stop second-guessing our man and instead sit back and enjoy what he is unfolding before our wondering eyes. It's great and it's going to get even greater!

Why would they lie?

Published by carolyn on Sat, 2016-10-15 01:27

By Carolyn Yeager

THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ASKED FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS BY FEMALE PUNDITS and news show hosts, and all liberal Democrats on TV … about the women who are coming forth to accuse Republican nominee for president, Donald Trump, of forcing unwanted sexual advances on them. What reason would they have for lying? It was asked the other night by Megyn Kelly of Fox News, with a sorrowful look on her face as she seemed to be trying to make her eyes water to demonstrate how seriously she takes it.

But this question is one those of us engaged in historical revisionism are very familiar with. In holocaust revisionism, especially, it is used as a standard defense for the wild stories told by survivors (or surlievors, as I call them) without any corroborating evidence or witnesses to back them up. Why would they lie about such a thing, it is asked. What reason do they have to lie?

How naive. Plenty of reasons, is the answer.

Donald Trump is our Andrew Jackson

Published by carolyn on Tue, 2016-10-04 14:56

Andrew Jackson was elected President of the United States of America in 1828; Donald Trump will be elected 188 years later. What similarities do they share as political figures?

By Carolyn Yeager

FORGET RONALD REAGAN. TRUMP IS BIGGER AND BOLDER in his views and potential as a change-maker than our 40th president ever was. If elected, Trump will be equal to no less than our 7th president, the great Andrew Jackson.

I am not an expert on all the details of US history, but over the years I've come to appreciate Andrew Jackson to the point that I call him my favorite president. He was an interesting individual, and I like that he fought so hard for the people against the vested interests of the time, which were basically the same as now. I like that he put the American people, his people, first. He is nowadays condemned for the so-called “Trail of Tears” forced Indian relocation, and American schoolchildren are taught to see him as a terrible president for that reason. But I think he had his priorities straight in protecting his own people.

At least ten Jewish traitors among the signers of letter opposing Trump

Published by carolyn on Tue, 2016-08-09 19:18

Get these people outta my party!! Left: Michael Chertoff, former head of Homeland Security; center: Dov Zakheim, former Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller); Right: Robert Zoellick, former US Trade Representative and World Bank President, all signed the letter.

By Carolyn Yeager

AMONG THE THOUSANDS OF NATIONAL SECURITY and foreign policy positions (including Deputy and Special Assistant-level) in Republican administrations since Richard Nixon, fifty of them agreed to sign an open letter saying they won't vote for Donald Trump.

This was naturally carried as big news by the national media – presented as damning to the current Republican presidential nominee that these 50 mostly obscure names who held positions in a Nixon, Reagan, Bush Sr. or Bush Jr. administration (not necessarily even registered Republicans themselves) have come out publicly against him.

Loudmouth “gold star father” says Allah in charge of U.S. election

Screenshot of Khizr Khan (in center) on Pakistani television bragging about his influence over the election process in the United States.

SPEAKING ON A PAKISTANI NEWS PROGRAM, NUQTA-E-NAZAR, on Dunya News.tv, Khizr Khan said that “Allah makes people like Trump make mistakes to discredit them in public eyes forever.”

Khan, a Pakistani immigrant to the U.S. who has written scholarly treatises on Shariah Law being the highest legal authority for all Muslims, said Donald Trump is unacceptable to the U.S.! What is unacceptable is for a man in Khan's position to say such a thing. He is able to get away with it only because his son joined the U.S. Army and died in Iraq in 2004. This puts him off-limits to criticism because of what is called 'gold star families' (those who lost a family member engaged in the military defense of the USA).

Khizr Khan deletes his law firm website from the Internet

Published by carolyn on Tue, 2016-08-02 16:44

HE CAN'T TAKE THE HEAT? HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND what true freedom of speech is all about? He's going out of business? Lawyer Khan liked pointing the finger at Donald Trump amid the friendly and secure atmosphere in Philadelphia, helping the Democrats paint Trump as a "racist." But when the harsh light is turned on him, he panics and destroys the evidence of his professional specialty that is online.

Khan's website was www.kmkhanlaw.com, which today was completely taken down. But it can still be seen via the wayback machine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20160802121411/http://www.kmkhanlaw.com/

Speaking at the DNC on July 28, 2016, Khizr Khan holds up a paperback U.S. Constitution that he pulled out of his vest pocket to offer to Donald Trump, while his wife looks on.

WHAT WE HAVE HERE ARE PAKISTANI IMMIGRANTS trying to dictate to Americans what is moral and what is not, and attack us based on our own beliefs, achievements and traditions! It's fine to honor their war hero son Humayun Khan, but they themselves are nothing special and cannot be set up as moral arbiters for our nation. Their son is a hero, they are not.

We're witnessing Political Correctness gone wild. We better get used to non-politically correct speech because this is one of the benefits that comes with Donald Trump. It always clears the air, doesn't it?

Trump met rudeness with bluntness. As he has said so many times, he didn't start it. He just answered it. Here is what happened.

Only one Jewish speaker during the four-day Republican nominating convention

Published by carolyn on Mon, 2016-07-18 02:26

One of the entrances to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

THE ONLY JEW I COULD IDENTIFY FROM THE SPEAKER'S SCHEDULE WAS MICHAEL MUKASEY, George W. Bush's Attorney General. Out of over 60 speakers, that is pretty amazing.

I know you will quickly tell me that Ivanka Trump, who has the honor of introducing her father on Thursday night for his acceptance speech – is Jewish. Yes, of course, she certainly is. But she is not an “invited” speaker, she is family so no way to avoid her. Then, too, she is considered the greatest thing since sliced bread by everyone, to the point that she was seriously suggested as a good choice for Trump's running mate!
