June 19, 2014
Ray Goodwin and Carolyn Yeager read and comment on the Nov. 19th-Dec. 14th 1941 dinner table monologues by the German Leader, as taken down in shorthand by trusted aide, attorney Heinrich Heim. Topics included in this episode:
-
The Struggle for Power, the necessity to follow Nature's laws, and the peculiar German sense of duty;
-
Hitler tells stories about the Party's trip to Coburg in 1922, the Volkischer Beobachter NSDAP newspaper, and the reason for uniforms;
-
On Germans married to Jews, and the Jewish role as a destroyer;
-
Highest aim of every man should be the preservation of the species;
-
Catholic Church better at appreciating culture and beauty than the Protestant.
Image: Hitler ordered the Coburg Badge to be struck on October 14, 1932 to memorialize the event which took place ten years earlier. In Nov. 1936, he listed the top NSDAP awards in this order: 1. Coburg Badge; 2. Nürnberg Party Badge of 1929; 3. SA Treffen at Brunswick 1931; 4. Golden Party Badge; 5. The Blood Order
The edition of Hitler's Table Talk being used was translated by Norman Cameron and R.H. Stevens, published by Enigma Books, New York, and can be found as a pdf here.

Minnesota has tons of Lutherans, and after attending a Lutheran Church service, a couple of years ago, I asked the pastor how he feels about Marin Luther's comments regarding jews (see the link above). He explained that Luther was basically ignorant and misguided, and he disagreed with everything which Luther had to say on this subject, so I asked him, in a nice way, "why, then, do you call yourself a "Lutheran"? He didn't really have a good answer to that question....he just assured me that Lutheranism is, in fact, very jew-friendly (so I shouldn't worry).

This garbage was preached at a Lutheran Church in Minnesota....it's not exactly typical of what you'd hear at a Lutheran Church, but it's sort of revealing.... I would guess that there's more jew-worship in Minnesota, per capita, than in any other state..
Be careful, Bunny ...
With these three comments you've just about convinced me that we need to get rid of not only Christianity, but all Christians too!
This is pretty sick stuff. And what is it about Minnesota? My conjecture is its far-North location. Just like the Swedes and the Norwegians, White "Christian" people in Northern climes of the USA have no racial resistance. Go to the South, both in Europe and the USA, and it's a different story ... probably because they are in closer proximity to the menace.

Carolyn:
I have to admit that I've grown tired, not only of Christians, but of the religion itself.... I used to defend it, but I don't any longer. I concur with most of Hitler's comments on that subject, which were quoted in your podcast last night.
Your conjecture about "proximity to the menace" is probably accurate.
I've spent time in Norway....Scandanavian people tend to be sort of passive, submissive, and trusting by nature....they're usually quite willing to believe whatever they're told....when I was there, they were always asking me why we Americans commit so many violent crimes against blacks....they were clueless, but now that some of their towns and cities are being invaded by "peple of color", I suppose that some of them are developing a better understanding.

How to Stump a Minnesotan
Ask him: "Between Jews and African-Americans, which minority group has contributed the most to Minnesota?"
I understand why Bunny has
I understand why Bunny has become sickened by Christianity. There is a very strong and growing sentiment of repulsion towards Christianity among Nationalists. Not surprising since Christianity has been preaching the equalitarian Gospel since times immemorial. In one of his speaches adressing the subject of homosexuality, Himmler observed that 90 to 100% of the catholic clergy were homosexual. I think Himmler was exagerating a little, but he wasn't far off the target.
Malema, please quote and source Himmler on that
I think you are wrong. I posted what I think is his main speech on that subject, speaking to an audience of SS men, and I don't recall such an outlandish statistic.
You are a known poster of anti-Christian comments, so please don't troll.
Hitler and Christianity
I don't think Hitler was ever serious when professing belief in Christianity throughout his political career. I think he just paid lip service to it for votes because it had to be done. Later on in Table Talk, he speaks of how the Freemason Roosevelt wasn't a real Christian either, so while the church went on to oppose him, I don't think he saw the actions of the US and British as particularly motivated by Christianity. It's worth noting that this subject seems to come up over and over when Himmler's around, so I think it was a favored topic of discussion between them.The way he says things like "and on the propaganda level [Christianity] continued to be a lie", aside from the level of detail he goes into when describing its pernicious historical role, both here and when he previously said it "extinguished fifteen centuries of civilization in a single stroke", and so on, it hardly seems that he's just reacting to the church's influence causing him headaches at the time. He really had no use for it at all, and couldn't wait to stamp it out of German life permanently; not by persecuting those who wish to believe in it, of course, but by simply allowing reality and free research to expose the falsity of one pillar after another, leaving it to die as one would a troll exposed to light. The Table Talk monologues, Rosenberg's memoirs, his secretary Schroeder's diaries in pre-Table Talk days, Hess's reported conversations with British guards after he was captured, the way the men he saw as Germany's future elite (the SS) were being educated...they all paint the same picture of Hitler having an utterly contemptuous view of Christianity. As someone who wholeheartedly agrees with this, it makes perfect sense to me that such a supremely sensible man as Hitler would see it this way. He has nothing good to say about it at all aside from that it would be a shame to lose all the beautiful cathedrals since absolutely nothing else of worth was created in a span of centuries, which is quite a damning of faint praise in reality, and indicative of how Christianity cares about nothing but itself.
Well Carolyn, just google
Well Carolyn, just google "Heinrich Himmler - Speech about homosexuality to the SS". I think it's a NSEuropa.wordpress site.
I googled; you are still wrong
Melema, you wrote: In one of his speaches adressing the subject of homosexuality, Himmler observed that 90 to 100% of the catholic clergy were homosexual.
But in checking the source, what Himmler actually said was:
"I assume that in the monasteries the homosexuality ranges from 90 or 95 to 100%."
Monks living in male communities in monasteries are NOT clergy. The clergy are out in the world serving the needs of the faithful. This is why I always insist on an exact quote and a source.
Preceding that, he said:
"I am furthermore convinced that the way out for the few who do not want to yield to this homosexuality, especially for the country parsons, the majority of whom – more than 50 % – I estimate not to be gay, is to procure for themselves in confession the necessary married and single women;"
Himmler is bewailing the celebacy of priests, which I also think is a bad idea, as somewhat anti-life.
P.S. I wonder if he used the word "gay?" How long has that word been used in this way? We certainly never used it in the '50's and '60's.
I couldn't find Himmler's
I couldn't find Himmler's original speech, but commentary on whether he used homosexuality or an equivalent of gay, it was said he used homosexuality.
"Gay" means schwul in German. I read about the etymology. It derives from warm and sticky (atmosphere both between two men and the general atmosphere in gay clubs), schwül with Umlaut describes warm and sticky wheather neutrally. But used in the homosexual context, it also means deceptive, subjugative, when used as a verb: beschwulen, as explained in the Grimm'sche Dictionary.
Carolyn often voiced her concern for gays in the movement. The German language supports her intuition.
btw, Himmler formed the Department against Homosexuality and Abortion. But not because it is "immoral" as Christians claim, but because it is counterproductive to the preservation of the species.
The 'gay' topic ...
The 'gay' topic broached at Stormfront:
"In the German version he uses only "homosexuellen", not a word like gay."

Thanks Bob
It's pretty disgusting that the translator for a site like Neues Europa would substitute a word like "gay".
In that thread, wolf911 makes his usual good comments. I agree with him that this is great Himmler. I would hate to discover it wasn't authentic. But it's like with "Table Talk", so many men just don't like what's being said and thus want to declare it fake. If any German speakers would research it's origin, that would be a good deed.
Hitlers Table Talk Episode 15
I was listening to Episode 15 (only one so far). I cannot imagine that Hitler would have said these things about Christianity because he would have lost 90% of the German population, a strictly Christian nation. That would have been political suicide. The ones who lost their faith because of WWI were only a small number. The tone is also dispiseful... not his style. I grew up Catholic and I never lost that reverence for Christianity even during the times when I had left Christianity.
theresa, he didn't say them to the public
You ought to listen to more than one program before you make judgements. These are private conversations.

Theresa:
Like you, Carolyn also grew up Cathiolic and hasn't lost her reverence for Christianity, so it takes a fair measure of courage and honesty, on her part, to air Hitler's comments on this subject, and I'm guessing that she feels a certain amount of cognitive dissonance over this, but she'll correct me if I'm wrong.
To Bunny
You are wrong. I did not "grow up Catholic," but it was only that most of my relatives (not all) were practicing Catholics. My grandparents were nominally Catholic, and brought their children up as such. It stuck with some, but not all. Neither my mother or father showed any affinity for religion. My father felt just about exactly the way Adolf Hitler speaks in Table Talk.
The cognitive dissonance I feel does not come from that source, imo.
I have no idea who you are, Bunny, and it bothers me because you want to post comments here so often. There are two more from you right now in the queue for this thread that are pretty pointless, as so many of your comments are (as you know, some I just delete). You have created a name and an email account that gives no clue as to who you could possibly be. I wonder if you are someone who, if I knew who you were, I would not accept your comments based just on that. So it's time you let me know who you are via email and you'll probably remain welcome, or just stop commenting here. Thanks.
Aha! The answer came
As I got up to fix lunch - a very late lunch.
Minnesota connected with me, and the tone - so friendly with Carolyn.
Yep, none other than our old friend Russ -- anybody remember him? I have banned him so many times. I have no idea if he still calls in to RBN. Russ always wears out his welcome; he just can't help himself.
There is nothing new under the sun, after all. So no more Bunny. I hope Russ enjoyed it while it lasted.
Coburg 1923
Well done on another great show Carolyn and Ray. I've been out of the loop for a while and I am now desperately trying to catch up on the shows I've missed.
Just a quick comment on Coburg 1923. Whilst there Hitler met with Charles Edward, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (a grandchild of Queen Victoria) the first German prince to embrace National Socialism. In Europe in the 1920's the aristocracy still wielded a great deal of power and influence so getting him onside would have been a major achievement for the fledgling NSDAP. Charles Edward attained the rank of SA-Obergruppenführer. He also served as a member of the Reichstag representing the Nazi Party from 1937 to 1945 and as president of the German Red Cross from 1933 to 1945. After the war he was imprisoned by the Allies.
Whilst looking up the Coburg
Whilst looking up the Coburg incident I came across a website which said the author of I KNEW HITLER: The Lost Testimony by a Survivor from the Night of the Long Knives gives a glowing account of Hitler at the battle of Coburg so I've ordered it from Amazon. I hadn't heard of the book before but it will now join my collection.
Putzi Hanfstaengl also fell out with Hitler but I found his memoirs to be very interesting as someone wanting to learn more about the early days of the NSDAP. In fact Hanfstaengl gets a mention latter in Table Talk with regards to cheese sandwiches of all things.
